Authentica

Dynamic folk songs and dances from Luxembourg with the Mediterranean joy of life. Authentica is the stage name of Martina Menichetti, an Italian-Luxembourgish musician, producer and dancer. Her music serves as a cultural bridge, bringing Luxembourg’s folk music to audiences worldwide. With an energetic stage presence, she blends ancient tunes, stories, and legends with a fresh, contemporary take, drawing on influences from Celtic, Latin, and Mediterranean music, and performing in various languages.

Martina has performed with artists like Carlos Núñez, Dan Ar Braz, Anxo Lorenzo, she was a member of the band Dullemajik and has performed on stages like Celtic Connections Festival at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow UK, at the Luxembourg Philharmonic Concert Hall, TEDx, and Zeltik Celebration, opening for artists like Sharon Shannon, Mànran, Skipinnish, Startijenn, Gwennyn and Red Cardell.
